Product Offering

All the products we sell are new in box (NIB). They are the same found at your local RV Parts store but at a discounted price saving you money!  Sometimes we can offer “scratch and dent” products that are fully functional at a much deeper discount than NIB products and are clearly identified as being “scratch and dent” on our website.


All NIB products we sell come with the original manufacturer's warranty.


Premier RV Parts offers same day shipping Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) on orders received before Noon CST.  If you are in a rush to receive an item, please send us a note thru our “help” link and we can try and have an item shipped from the closest warehouse to you.  Since we ship from multiple warehouses, orders received after the cutoff time, depending on where you are in the country, we may be able to ship your package same day, but it is not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to put a stop on the order.  If the order you are trying to cancel has shipped, please reach out to us for instructions on how to return the item(s) you purchased.  Please DO NOT refuse deliveries you wish to cancel, you may incur additional ship charges due to us having to get the item(s) to the appropriate warehouse from which it shipped.

FedEx, UPS and sometimes USPS are used for standard shipping.  Any products that include Free Shipping are shipped ground.  Products that are shipped freight utilize carriers specific to the warehouse where the product(s) is being shipped. 

We receive inventory feeds from warehouses daily and occasionally, a product may be out of stock before your order is received due to our website not receiving the product availability update at that time.  In these instances, we will contact you immediately and you will have the option to receive a full refund or you can have the item put on backorder.  Backordered items will ship as soon as the item(s) become available.

All products are shipped in the manufactures original packaging.  Sometimes shipping carriers can be rough with packages, so we ask that you inspect your purchase upon delivery to ensure it is in working order.  Please contact us if the item is not in working order and we will arrange for a replacement.  Items that ship freight, please inspect the product to be in working order before signing for the shipment.  If the product(s) is not in working order, please refuse the item and contact us so we can get a new one out to you.

Please note, purchases that ship freight are due to size and/or weight.  Freight items generally take longer to get to you.  All freight shipments require the carrier to contact you via the phone number you provide at the time of purchase to schedule a delivery date and time.  If the freight carrier cannot contact you, and an order is returned to us, you are responsible for all freight charges incurred. Freight items are generally bulky and/or heavy.  As a result, please keep in mind that not all carriers have lift gates and you will need to unload the shipment by hand.  If a lift gate is required, the carrier may charge for this service and we cannot cover this charge.  If a lift gate is required, please contact us for pricing on any additional fees, if any.

We offer Flat Rate, Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS shipping within the Contiguous United States.  Items with Free shipping are for the Contiguous United States Only.  If a specific carrier is required, please contact us and when able, we will use your preferred carrier.  Large/Heavy items are shipped freight and cannot be expedited.  Transit times on orders begin the day after the product is shipped.  Items shipping outside of the contiguous United States are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Fraud Mitigation

Purchases shipping to an address other than the billing address can experience delays due to fraud mitigation policies.  Per compliance standards and good business practices, purchases shipping to an address other than the approved billing address require verification.  This includes phone and/or signature confirmation or card issuer approval.  PremierRVParts.com reserves the right to cancel/refund any purchase not shipping to a user’s billing address.  In these instances, you will be notified in writing via the email provided at the time of purchase.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Premier RV Parts offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee beginning the day of purchase.  Please contact us via the “Help” link to receive an RMA.  A return label will be issued for approved returns and please clearly write the RMA number on the return label ONLY that is affixed to the outside of the box being returned.  Please do not write the RMA number on the box.

Products being returned MUST be in like new condition and contain all items (product, manuals, etc.) included with the originally purchased item(s) along with a copy of your receipt.  After 30 days of your purchase we are limited in our ability to accept any returns.  Any convenience returns not deemed to be in sellable condition, returns without original packaging/manuals, returns that were used and/or not in sellable condition will incur a restocking fee from 25% to 50%. We will contact you prior to any fees being applied to give you an opportunity to keep your purchase.  Special Order items, AC's, Appliances, Generators and shipping/handling is non-refundable.  You will be charged our actual ship cost at time of the original purchase where free shipping was applied to an item(s).  Any product issues or manufacturer defects will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  In these instances, you may be asked to provide images of the item(s) purchased.

Gas Appliances

Gas appliances must be installed and/or serviced by qualified service technicians.
